Oscar Guarin
Co-Founder
Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, my career has been dedicated to developing a multi-million-dollar residential real estate portfolios in the Triangle. As the founder of a successful construction and development company, I’ve led projects spanning site development, large-scale operations, and the construction or renovation of over 30+ homes. My expertise in tree removal, heavy equipment, and land transformation has shaped my ability to create lasting impact.
Beyond business, my true passion has always been racing. From dirt bikes to cars, I’ve been drawn to speed, competition, and the thrill of the track since I was a teenager. With RDU Motorplex, I’m combining that lifelong passion with my construction expertise to build a premier motorsport destination where drivers, families, and businesses can come together to create unforgettable memories.

Stephen Albright
Co-Founder
I am a proud Triangle native and earned my Business Administration degree from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. My career began in New York City, working in real estate finance at CBRE Consultant Group. There, I optimized multi-million-dollar portfolios, spearheaded growth strategies, and developed a strong foundation in finance, operations, and strategic leadership.
Today, as an MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, I’m combining my expertise in business strategy and operations with my passion for entrepreneurship to bring RDU Motorplex to life. Our vision is to create a premier motorsport destination that delivers excitement, fosters community, and provides an unmatched experience for drivers, families, and businesses alike.

Oscar and Stephen have been family friends since 1996, both proud to call the Triangle home. Their different strengths make us the perfect team—Oscar’s expertise in construction and development, and Stephen’s background in finance and operations, drives RDU Motorplex forward.

RDU Motorplex is raising $10 million in our first seed round to bring North Carolina’s premier motorsport destination to life. This isn’t just an idea—we already own the land, the yacht, and have held multiple productive conversations with the Butner Town Hall, ensuring full support for the project.
This investment will fund the development of our state-of-the-art racetracks, luxury facilities, and event spaces, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for drivers, families, and businesses.
